Divorce ~ Degree

The conclusion, the end, the uttermost dreary despair of failure!  Thinking and searching for a reason -- taking the blame I did!  I adorned myself with the dark garment of guilt.  I punished myself for a deed undone.  Divorce is such pain, I'm telling you, It's miserable!    It uncovers all unfairness, which is a deadly game.  The struggle was long -- so long!  But when I began the fight to make things right;  I sincerely became a beginner to learning------And, I found many friends, who lent me a helping hand.  A -- New!  Set free, delivered finally.  Head high - stepping and strutting my stuff, Flying high and higher!    I can hear it now -- (coming from my friends) --"Hey! Lady, don't give up, You can make it, you're a winner--- Just keep faith in yourself."  Believe it or not, May of 88, I became A* Me:  With a College Degree...It was a struggle, with much pain, but I made it with a bang!  Lord, I'm so thankful and glad.  ‘Cause when I was forsaken, I Declare, I felt almost dead!  But, I rose *above my obstacles and pressed my way!  I'm a *Winner now! And I'm headed to the top!!

  I do not wish to glorify Divorce in any way. But one must have faith to carry on regardless of circumstances.

  There may be time when living and loving brings pain, and you say to yourself I won't let that happen again.  But you find out that in loving, it's well worth the risk, 'cause even in losing you win.  God was our example as he lived here on earth; He forgave even though though he was tormented and scorned.  He never fought back or even defended himself;  He forgave from that old rugged cross.  That's why we must live the way God wants us to live; we must give until there is no more to give; we must love until there is no more to love.  "Cause we can never, we can never out love the Lord.

Christ showed us that only through dying we live; He gave when it seem there was nothing to give; He loved when loving brought heart-ache and loss; He forgave from an old rugged cross.
